1. Create an account

Head to the SuperMail web app and choose:

• Sign up with Google - fastest, uses your Google account for auth only (does not connect your Gmail inbox automatically; that’s a separate step).
• Sign up with email and password - we’ll email you a verification link.

Note

Sign-up auth is handled through our identity provider. We never see your password.

2. Verify your address

If you signed up with email/password, open the verification link we sent. The link is valid for 24 hours. If you miss the window, request a new one from the login page.

3. Create your workspace

On first login we ask for:

• Display name - shown to people you email.
• Timezone - used for scheduling, read receipts, and relative timestamps.
• Primary color theme - light / dark / system.

You can change any of these later from Settings → Profile.

4. Next: connect your first mailbox

Until you connect at least one mailbox, the inbox is empty. See Connect your first account.

Troubleshooting

• I didn’t get the verification email. Check spam; our outbound sender is [email protected]. Still missing? Email [email protected].
• “Email already in use”. You probably signed up earlier - try Log in or use “Forgot password” to reset.
